If I understand correctly, the place on the card is the Jixiang in Tianjin. The name of the card is "The Three Peaks View in Rain".
By the way, for me the stamps from Asia (Japan, Taiwan, China) are the best. Would be interesting to know I others love postcards and stamps and have favorite places to receive from.
